Except for one thing. What is so Halloween about this recipe, you ask? Good question. I pulled out my cookie press and added some sour cream to the barrel. (I love my cookie press, especially for filling deviled eggs.)
The soup will thicken up the longer it sits, so if you want to thin it out, just add a little water.

I gave a 24 oz. container of this to my mother-in-law, and I put two 24 oz containers in my freezer. I still have plenty to bowl up for myself.
